Heart Healthy Chocolate Mousse
 
 
 

DIRECTIONS

 

In a small pot over medium heat, add coconut milkOnce hot, add the chocolate and cacao powder and whisk until meltedPlace heat on low-medium and slowly add the gelatin while whisking. Don’t add it all at once or it will clump.Next, add the vanilla extract and coconut sugar and whisk until thoroughly combinedPour the mixture into ramekins or glass jars and let cool on counter for 10-15 minutes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let it set.Add fresh berries and cacao nibs if you like. And, if you’re feeling fancy serve in champagne glasses and enjoy!
